CANCELLATION AND BROKEN APPOINTMENT POLICY:

48 hour notice is required prior to your appointment time to avoid a broken appointment charge

• There is ample parking next door at The Courtyard Marriott or across the street at Saks. Please try to avoid our parking garage...it is usually crowded and difficult to navigate.
• We are two blocks north of the Friendship Heights Metro stop on the red line. Please exit at the Western Ave exit of the metro.
• When you get off the MAIN escalator, take a left for the Western Ave/ Bloomingdales exit. When you get off the 2nd  escalator go north (make a left) onto Wisconsin Avenue. You will see a Peet's coffee  to your left.
